Architerra is Realtor Maita Siquijor’s blog on residential property listings mostly found in Alabang, the Fort Bonifacio Global City, Makati and Paranaque City. 

She is a 2009 Trustee of the Muntinlupa Realtors Board (MUNREB), a member of the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards (PAREB).  She is also MUNREB’s Chairman for the Multiple Listings Systems (MLS) Committee.

Her clients include a roster of foreign and Filipino expatriates, well-placed executives, and businessmen who prefer a professional approach in handling their real estate needs. 

Her IT marketing  know-how also complements her real estate background. Realtor Maita Siquijor has over 10 years of consumer and institutional marketing experience.   While working as a corporate executive she handled institutional marketing and sales to multinational, telecoms, banking and government clients such as Oracle, IBM, HP,  Globe, Bayantel, Bank of the Philipine Islands (BPI), Standard Chartered, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) .  In later years her passion for IT in business led her to manage projects, create merchant partner programs, and evaluate web development programming of  e-commerce sites.

Realtor Maita Siquijor advocates the use of Information & Communications Technologies (ICTs)  to globalize the Filipino real estate professional practice.   As an idealist that the Philippine real estate industry can be at par in terms of professionalism and systems with the US and other European allies, she   supports the drive for continuing education in  IT literacy for brokers. She introduced mini-training courses, including a blended learning blogging course as part of this advocacy.  Keeping in mind the Department of Trade and Industry’s campaign to penalize non-licensed practioners, Realtor Maita promotes MUNREB’s brokers seminar and review programs to encourage non-licensed practitioners to legitimize their dealings. 

Influenced by her social sciences research background taken from her masteral studies, she continuously evaluates online networking systems  and virtual communities as  customers increasingly rely on the Web to search for properties.

 

Realtor Maita is  BS Management graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University, and a Masters in Education (MEd) in E-learning graduate of Sheffield University in the UK.
