I’m renting out my townhouse located in Garden Homes Abelardo St., BF Homes Las Pinas (near the garden and landscaping contractors suppliers lane, Concha Cruz Drive). Now that BF Homes has won their case to allow Maynilad to bring in clean, continuous water supply to Asia’s largest subdivision, future tenants will now enjoy continuous water sooner than later from the now fast-moving installation of water pipes in the associations.

Our previous tenants say that they like this particular unit for its excellently planned, spacious layout and safe community. The unit is in what neighbors claim to be Garden Homes’ best cluster. The smaller set of units (eight as against 10 or more in one cluster), upgraded unit facades, and well maintained common areas have made this particular group of units a nice place to stay.
